It contains the rules and restrictions that govern your use of Category Pirate’s products and services (referred to below simply as “Category Pirates”). All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Category Pirates and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of ourSite.
Newsletter Product Description
Category Pirates is a paid newsletter delivered each week to subscriber inboxes via Substack. Free subscribers receive snippets of each paid newsletter "mini-book” and the Pirate Profiles, plus our weekly Category Design tips newsletters. Paying subscribers receive each mini-book in full (in digital form) straight to their email inbox, each Pirate Profiles in full, and our weekly Category Design tips newsletters.
Payment Options
To subscribe to Category Pirates, subscribers can sign up via Substack and pay with a credit card via Stripe. The cost is $20 per month or $200 per year (USD).
Refund Policy
If you subscribe to Category Pirates and are unsatisfied with our library of content, you may request a refund within 30 days and a refund will be issued (no questions asked).
Delivery Policy
Delivery of the paid newsletter, Category Pirates, is straight to your inbox 3x per week.
Return Policy
No return policy necessary (Category Pirates is a digital product).
Cancellation Policy
As a paying subscriber, you may cancel your reading subscription at any time.
Third Party Goods and Services
Our site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Category Pirates may contain links or connections to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. Category Pirates has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any third-party websites.
