The Last AI Clone Cohort — Category Pirates
🏴‍☠️ The Last Live AI Clone Cohort: 5 Seats. Begins July 21st.

Your clone is the next business card.

Anyone can spin up a bot this year. Over six weeks, with the Pirates in the room, you category-design yours, so it sifts your Superconsumers, fields the questions you answer on repeat, and turns your Intellectual Capital into a working asset. This is the last live cohort we run.

Why this cohort exists

Anyone can build a clone. The question is whether anyone will talk to it.

Open any AI tool today and it will happily walk you through building a clone of yourself. The build is the easy part, and on its own it is a commodity. The clones that go quiet a week after launch are the ones where nobody decided what the clone is for.

So we spend this cohort on the decision first. We category-design a transformation for your Superconsumer, because the real question is not what your clone can do, it is how it can be most transformative for the person on the other side. Get that right and the clone becomes a profit center. Get it wrong and it is just another bot nobody talks to twice.

You are not paying us to make a bot. You are paying us to make it worth talking to.

Done right, the clone is not a line on the expense side. It is a profit center: a lead generator at the top of your funnel or a premium offer at the bottom. More on that below.

How it works

Three live workshops. One clone that does a job.

Six weeks. Three 60-minute workshops with the Pirates, a private community to jam in between, and the technical build handled for you. Here is how we spend our time together.

All sessions 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET · Session 1: July 21 · Session 2: August 4 · Session 3: August 18

01

Business strategy

Map your Superconsumer journey and how the money flows. Sort out whether you are B2C, B2B, or B2B2C, find the log jam in the journey, and decide where the clone earns its keep: a free lead generator at the front, or a lifetime-value driver at the end.

Session 1
July 21
02

Problem & POV

Niche down on the problem your Superconsumer is actually trying to solve, rationally, emotionally, and aspirationally. Map the questions you answer over and over, then turn every piece of your Intellectual Capital into the Q&A pairs that train the clone.

Session 2
August 4
03

Keep it learning

Stand up your clone on Delphi and train it on your Q&A pairs and your library. Then learn the loop yourself, asking, correcting, and feeding it back, so you leave knowing how to keep upgrading it. Your clone should evolve as your thinking does, growing with every new piece of Intellectual Capital you create.

Session 3
August 18

Automation & dashboard, built for you

Between sessions, the Pirates wire up access, onboarding, and offboarding, the same plumbing that runs the Pirate Eddie Bot and the Pirate Christopher Bot, and build you a dashboard that shows exactly how your clone is being used. You supply your IP and show up. You do not touch the tech.

Done for you

Clear your calendar for the live sessions. You can always submit questions for us to answer live, and every session is recorded for you to watch. But if you cannot make the live rooms, this may not be the room for you. The community runs the full six weeks, and the Pirates will be in there to support you in a reasonable manner throughout, and keep one eye on the horizon after.

What you walk out with

Six weeks in, you own all of this.

  • 01Your clone, live on Delphi, trained in your voice and ready to talk to the people you choose.
  • 02A one-page strategy that names your problem, your POV, your ROI, and exactly where the clone fits.
  • 03Your Superconsumer FAQs, turned into a Q&A library the clone answers the way only you would.
  • 04Access and onboarding automation, so the right people get in and the experience runs itself.
  • 05A usage dashboard, so you can see who is talking to your clone and what they are asking.
  • 06A strategy built for a big return. We design the leverage with you in the room. The strategy is ours to hand you. The work to cash it in is yours.

A real deliverable. Yours will look different, but you get the idea.

Who this is for

You already have the raw material.

  • You have Intellectual Capital. Articles, videos, a YouTube library, a book, transcripts. Something a clone can learn from.
  • You have a Superconsumer. A specific person, with a specific problem, who already trusts you.
  • You have a way to monetize. Leads that convert, customers you can upsell, or a premium tier worth gating.
  • You want done-with-you. Real consulting in the room, not a tutorial you watch alone.
From cohort one

The first cohort built clones for a retirement coach with a 500-video library and a veteran-services founder reaching 600 people across her state. Both walked in with Intellectual Capital and walked out with a clone doing real work.

What it costs

One price for the cohort. One tool you keep.

$5,000 / seat

Three live workshops, six weeks of community, the full clone build, and the consulting that makes it worth doing.

Pay in full, or split it: one payment to start, one at the end.

What is included

  • +The clone, built and trained on your own Delphi account, so you own it
  • +Access, onboarding, and offboarding automations built for you
  • +Your usage dashboard
  • +A private community for async jamming the whole six weeks
  • +The strategy to go after a big return, designed with you in the room

One thing to plan for: your clone lives on your own Delphi account, which is a separate subscription you pay directly (roughly $99/mo, or $79/mo billed annually). You own it and keep it long after the cohort ends. The $5,000 covers everything we do together.

This is the last live cohort. After this, these three workshops are not hosted again. A DIY course may come later, but no promises, and no room in it for us to build yours with you.

Who gets in

Five seats, two already spoken for.

This is a small group on purpose. We read every application and respond personally. We are looking to take people we can see a real path to getting a 10x outcome for, so that when you spend your money you are getting a real return on the investment, and so you are a great fit for the room. This is what we are typically looking for in an application before we welcome someone in.

  • AA specific problem and a POV that is yours, even if it is still rough
  • BA sense of how the clone pays for itself, a path to a return on the $5,000
  • CEnough Intellectual Capital to train a clone on (see the questions below for what counts)
  • DSuperconsumers who already care about your work

We review applications in the order they arrive, first come, first served, for our remaining few spots.

Apply

The application takes about 15 minutes. Tell us who your clone is for and what you would have it do. Do not overthink it. These are the questions we will keep jamming on and finalize together in the live sessions.

Questions

Before you apply.

Do I need to be technical?
No. You supply your IP, show up to the workshops, and test your bot. The Pirates handle the build, the automations, and the dashboard. You do not touch the tech.
What if I miss a workshop?
It is highly recommended you clear your calendar to be in all of them, but life happens and we understand. You can always send your questions over beforehand and we will jam on them live, or post in the community area for an async response, then watch the recording.
Do I own the clone?
Yes. Your clone is built and trained on your own Delphi account. You own it and can take it anywhere.
How much Intellectual Capital do I need?
It does not have to be massive, but you need to have created something that exists digitally somewhere. A good minimum is five pieces where you have written or recorded your thinking, articles, workshops, YouTube videos, transcripts, or anything else in that range. They can be published or internal, and a mix of formats is fine. You just need at least five of something for the clone to learn from.
Do I have to pay for Delphi too?
Yes. Your clone lives on your own Delphi account, which is a separate subscription you pay directly, roughly $99/mo or $79/mo billed annually. You own and keep it after the cohort. The $5,000 covers everything we do together.
Is this just how to build a Delphi bot?
No. The build is the small part, and you could figure that out alone. The cohort is about category-designing the clone so it is worth talking to and worth paying for. That is the part that does not come out of a tutorial.
Can I split the payment?
Yes. Pay the $5,000 in full, or in two installments, one to start and one at the end.
When does it start, and is it really the last one?
Our first session is July 21. You will be welcomed into the community before that, as soon as you are accepted and paid. And yes, this is the last live cohort. After this, these three workshops are not hosted again.
Why it matters now

First a website. Then a profile. Now a clone.

You could once run a business without a website, and then without a social profile. Both of those windows closed on the people who waited, and they spent years catching up to where everyone else already stood. The next window is closing now. Soon every expert worth talking to will have an AI version of their mind that anyone can consume, and a clone will be as ordinary to have as a business card.

It is already happening. The Lenny bot. Founders, bestselling authors, and Harvard professors are putting their thinking on Delphi so people can jam with it any time. If you are a Creator Capitalist or a thought leader, this is how your thinking gets out into the world at scale. Anyone who is anyone is building a digital mind. The only question is whether yours is ready when people come looking.

This is also the most successful thing we have done inside Category Pirates, which is why we believe in it so heavily. We have watched clones flop, not because the tech failed, but because no one Category Designed them first. Built right, your clone is not a cost. It is a profit center: a lead generator at the top of the funnel where Superconsumers arrive already sold, or your most premium offer at the bottom where only your best customers reach for it.
